I can't help but watch this over and over again. There's so much important information in this clip. What astounds me is how much force he can generate from such close range. This can be seen by the obvious effect of the strike on the individual. They go deep but from a very short distance away. Being that close, they must be very difficult to perceive and prepare for. This again shows the importance of relaxation, precision and not telegraphing your intentions.
