I've decided to start a blog because, over the four and a half years of doing Systema, I've collected a lot of information from the various seminars I've been to, lessons I've had and classes that I've taught. Instead of hoarding it, I have chosen to share it so that anybody, who might be interested in Systema, can enjoy and learn from it.
I've started my own class recently so I'll use this blog as a way of relaying information to students who come to my class and potential students. Also I'll write about my observations while training at Systema Japan under Andy Cefai and anything else that I learn a long the way while doing Systema.
