More of Ryo Onishi demonstrating and teaching at the Work Shop. From about two minutes onwards, Ryo shows some really interesting work. At the seminar, he said it was important to "grab the core" through the point of connection.This could also be applied to strikes. This was work that we learned at the Vladimir Zaikovsky and Daniel Ryabko seminars so it was great to get the chance to review it again.
