Systema Japan is proud to announce the most important Systema event in the Asia Pacific Region for 2013.

The legendary Colonel Mikhail Ryabko will return to Japan to conduct a two day intensive seminar in Tokyo, March 16 – 17th.

The Systema Mastery Seminar will be a one of a kind event, Mikhail Ryabko reveals the path to mastering Systema and yourself.

The seminar will take place in central Tokyo and is open to people of all levels of ability, beginners, intermediate or advanced.

Mikhail will explain clearly the foundational principles of Systema, he will teach material not taught or shown outside of Russia with jaw dropping demonstrations.

Systema Foundation Principles – posture, correct use of breath, and freedom of movement
Overcoming fear - how to remain calm and confident under stressful conditions
